You can choose the language your Adobe CC program will be installed in from the Adobe CC download manager.

Go to C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe XYZ (e.g. Photoshop) CC (64-bit)AMT

and rename the file ..Localesen_USSupport Filestw10428.dat to something else.

Unfortunately, i want to have english as main language in the program instead of Swedish. How do i change the language? Do i need to uninstall the whole program, and then install it again? Since the Photoshop install installs both a 32-bit version (under Program Files) and a 64-bit version (under Program Files (x86)), you can say delete the tw10428.dat from the 32-bit folder and keep it in the 64-bit folder in order to take advantage of having both an English and Italian version on the system without having to download PhotoShop CC twice.

Untested:

In the case of Adobe CS6 (Master Collection Multilingual), do the following

Go to C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe XYZAMT

and copy the desired localization file to C:Program FilesAdobeAdobe XYZAMTAMTLanguages

Unfortunately this does not work for Dreamweaver which uses a different folder structure than Photoshop.

For Dreamweaver you will have to change the language settings in Creative Cloud.exe and download everything again, unfortunately. You can then have a C:Program Files (x86)AdobeAdobe Dreamweaver CC installation with the English download, and a C:Program Files (x86)AdobeITAdobe Dreamweaver CC installation containing the italian download (with the download language corresponding to what was set in Adobe Creative Cloud download application before starting the download).
